Will’s class made the most of the wonderful campsite we have here by playing a game on the basketball courts. It resembled baseball however without a bat. When it was each teams’ turn to bat, they stood at home base and kicked the ball as far as they could when Will rolled it to them.
However, they only had a chance to kick it if they could tell Will an idiom. Then, they could try to kick it out of the park! Teams would score whenever they made a home run but could get out if they did not reach a base in time, or if they were caught. Everyone enjoyed getting active and learning a new sport.
